Training Spam Assasin

Does anyone know how to traing Spam Assasin on Bluehost? I have some spam and ham to train Spam Assasin, but, I can't seem to find anyway to do this from the Bluehost interface.

I tried searching the forms, but didn't find anything useful. Please point me to the approriate thread, if I missed it.
