I've just recently started using the boxtrapper to eliminate the seemingly endless trail of spam into my email boxes. This has worked except that I still end up on the bluehost site sifting through the queued emails as it is.

My question is - when people respond to the email verification shouldn't their emails be sent to me since they are "human"? These emails have been ending up in the queue as well as the spam and I have to then whitelist them which seems to sort of defeat the purpose, no?

None of the bluehost support pages I found had an answer for this so I'd appreciate if someone shed some light on it... thanks.

In configure settings, do you have enable automatic whitelisting checked?

BigTeeth...
You may also want to add an autoresponder with the email address:
postmaster@[whatever_your_domain].com...
I had trouble with boxtrapper and the $1.99 New Spam Utility.
The two utilities wouldn't co-exist without a postmaster address or autoresponder.

thanks for the responses so far...

1. The verification box is checked which is why I'm confused about that, it doesn't seem to work.

2. I will do that, but do I have to create an account "autoresponder@..." or will this automatically do what I want it to do?

thanks again.
