Need help installing OpenCrx - basic PhPAdmin & MySql help, I think

I have uploaded and extracted the files to my domain, but seem not to understand the instructions at:

Here's where I start to go wrong:
Start the MySQL Query Browser. Select the schema crx-crx, then create a new script tab with File -> New Script Tab. Copy/paste the database script dbcreate-tables.sql and execute it as shown in Figure 5-1.
Do not know how to "Start the MySql" Query browser ... so thought to use PhPAdmin ....

Help?! Many thanks in advance ...

Forgot to mention in the previous post, when I cut and past the content of a dbcreate script, I get an error message saying the kernel-account does not exist ... er... ?
