Server sluggish today

Is it just me on box21 or does the server seems very sluggisgh today:confused: . The control panel and dbase admin are very slow on my end this morning of march 29. the rest of my hispeed connect is good.

Yup. Very slow for me today. I have been unable to reach my control panel at all.
