future user information request

After some experience in free hosting, I am seeking to use paid hosting. Some of these like bluehost or hostmonster seem quite interesting. I'd like to know from users what are their complaints? I am especially concerned with the cpu usage limits that I read about. I will have joomla/phpbb/coppermine on my website, only 1 website. Expecting quite some users participating in this website. Do you think I really have to fear cpu usage limits with this configuration? What more should I be concerned about? like php memory limit? readfile() function disabled? ....?

You're not going to get much response, because this question gets posted at least once a week, and the regulars are tired of responding to it. Just scroll down through the posts in General Questions, and do some searches, and you'll find most of what you're looking for.
