I can't fix this, I'd need the shell. Something is wrong with /usr/local/ioncube/ioncube_loader_lin_4.4.so my guess is, it was improperly installed last, its causing my site to crash every 10 minutes or so.

I don't know what IonCube is, I didn't install it, I've never heard of it.
All I know is a new version came out about the time my website started crashing. This is not acceptable, and its very disappointing.

Getting the same errors as well. I'm on box 181. Submitted a ticket on Friday that showed a response time due of 9pm Friday. Haven't heard anything back yet. Tried chat a couple times, but no response, and filled out the "leave a message" thing today, also with no response. Haven't noticed any downtime on my domain though, so haven't called them yet.

How can I tell what box I am on?

Edit: I was told its the last digits of my shared IP
That would put me on box 68.
