My IP and Firewall

After insert my IP in whitelist I lose the connection with my MySQL Database.
If I delete IP from whitelist and reinsert it the connection is up.
This problem occurs any 2 days (random)!!!
I request to add server ip with email, after second time I lose connection, and at this moment the server connection is down.

For any problems I open ticket !!

My customers are very very angry!!!

I can imagine they would be. It'd be really great if you could call the support line. We're just users and, while we can give advice, we aren't able to access any of your account or settings or server conf files or anything.

But when you call support you generally get fast, friendly assistance.

All days I must reset my MySQL Whitelisted IP!
