Sometimes there are problems. They'll fix it. If they don't, ask to be moved to a different box.

The last time there was trouble on my box... After 4 days of no access, I asked to me moved to another server and they said they DO NOT MOVE sites.
So that is probably not an option.

So that is probably not an option. That's surprising, since they certainly used to do so. If I got that response after four days of downtime, I'd demand my money back, and find another host.

Don't feel bad. When my site goes down, the server status usually claims everything is working perfectly.

The server status in cPanel is not entirely accurate. I wouldn't base my sole discretion on what cPanel tells me.
If your site is working, then I wouldn't worry about it. If it's slow, I'd still wouldn't worry and give it a little while. The people at bluehost knows exactly what's going on with each box. If there is a problem, then it will be fixed.

They do move sites as both of my accounts have moved boxes (but this was due to the need to move it from an older box config to a newer on to get some new features). When you were denied - did you call and ask them? You can always email Matt Heaton as well, if you are not satisfied with the service you are getting.
