I signed up with Bluehost on Feb.27 and paid for 2 years of hosting. Now i want to access their infomation sites and can't log in. I have their e-mail giving me my domain name, user name and password. I can't even send an e-mail because I can't log in. I live in Mexico so the 888 number doesn't work. How can I get information and ultimately upload my webpage? I'm glad I can atleast access the forum!!

you don't have to login in order to send them an email. you can always go to the help center and open a ticket.

I have the same problem.
I signed up with BlueHost on Mar.30 and paid for 1 year of hosting. After login for the first time in the Control Panel and upload some files using FTP, now I can't login in the Control Panel and I can't conect using FTP.
I was tried login using "back-up" address:
http://login.bluehost.com
but it don't work for me.
I had received my Account Setup Confirmation Email and when I enter my account info in the login form I get a "Login Attempt Failed!" message.
Had someone stealed my account info??.
Can someone change my password without my authorization??.
Where I can recover my login info??.
I'm from Spain (Andorra) and I can't use 888 number.
Can I use support@bluehost.com email to get access again to my account???
Please, can someone help me to login in my account??.
I need put online my website ASAP.
one possibility, your account was deleted because you have not confirm it(they call in a few minutes after you submit your account and you need to confirm it)...
that happens to one of my friends... he didn't answer the phone to confirm the order so his account was deleted and he can't log in...
check your website. is it online? if so then your account isn't removed so the problem is something else. but if you can't accesss your site at all then your account is probably removed. call to them or email them will fix the problem...

Yes, this was my problem.
My account was deactivated because there was a mistake in the sign up form and the information that I submited was erroneous.
I contacted with support team and now all work well.
