How does one get support around here?

My site got hacked last weekend. I called in and after being on hold for a good 30 minutes I got to the top of the list. I hear a couple of clicks and I'm disconnected.

I submit a help ticket on Tuesday. Today is Thursday still no response.

Sorry but I think this is pathetic tech support. I have three domains here. They will be moved as soon as I locate a reliable hosting service.

When I logged on about 45 minutes ago I got a "Thanks for coming, we'll be in touch " message ( and no e-mail confirmation ).

Why and how is it their fault your site was hacked? They just host it, it's your responsibility to maintain and secure it so it doesn't get hacked, not bluehost. Their are numerous ways your site can get hacked without them getting into your CP.
