box28 load problems

box28 ALWAYS have HIGH SERVER LOAD which goes up to 60 sometimes, i have seen it once at 120.
the problem have started AGAIN before 3 days

Ali Abbas: before 1 month i called live chat and they upgraded servers the load was good for 3 weeks maybe

Ali Abbas: site takes more than 15 sec to load while it dont need more than 3
support: yes I see that and agree with you

support: yep it spiked
Ali Abbas: ok and what are we gonna do about that ?

Ali Abbas: i think the admins should track this box more
Ali Abbas: and terminate the people who are doing load
support: do you have a ticket number where this is being recored?

support: yes through the help center
Ali Abbas: tickets doesnt work, the last ticket i did took more than 2 weeks
support: but they are tracked so you can say it was at 50 today
support: then 60 today
support: ect
support: where if you live chat there is no record
Ali Abbas: well let them monitor the server load, im not an admin to monitor server load and report them
Ali Abbas: they should monitor it and fix the load problem

My days of working support are done. It's such a high stress job because end-users don't call unless they are upset about something, and very few people seem to have the ability to withhold their anger or frustration. Instead they use it against the support rep. It's a tough job, and a tough situation for everybody, all the way around.

I know it's frustrating. Box 26 has been up and down as well. But if you can, try using a different tactic. My grandma said "You catch more flies with honey than vinegar." I figure she was right.

I know that's no help to you. But maybe someday it will be.
