Secure cpanel access - trouble

Hey all,

Was wondering if anyone has run into a similar situatio before I send in a ticket...

I am having trouble accessing cpanel securely. I've followed all the methods in the knowledge base and none of them have worked properly. I am able to access the panel from home through port 8023, but from work that port is blocked.

I tried the https://secure.bluehost.com/~username
That page just gives me:
< my static IP address> is temporarily down.

Any ideas? Or should I submit a ticket for that down message?

i access secure cpanel by this...

enter username and password and am in! i can see the security message and the lock icon at the bottom. so it's secured.

i don't log in from work, school or any other place that other people have access to... i don't trust it.
