My account is suspended??

After my repeated request to them they had not consider at all and continuously I am getting following message?

"This Account Has Been Suspended
Please contact the billing/support department as soon as possible"

Be brief, no need for so much info. Tell them I have a problem with my site, it is unaccessible. They Ask you for domain name, give it, and be quiet. See what happens.....
