I've recently been trying to get one of my domain names transferred over to bluehost.com and although I've never had a problem doing so in the past, now I can't.

Bluehost's customer support say that the domain name is correctly set up and working properly, but whenever I visit it it tells me that it cannot find the server, and none of the uploaded pages work.

Can anyone tell me whether they have had this problem before, ie; bluehost seeing the transfer as complete but it not working anyway? Any ideas on how to resolve it?

Any help would be greatly appreciated, pulling my hair out as we speak!! lol :(

Have you added the domain using the "Addon Domains" option in cPanel?

Go to http://www.dnsstuff.com/ and do a DNS report. That will tell you if your nameservers are set correctly. When I moved my site to Bluehost one of the nameservers got set up incorrectly to point back to my old hosting because I moved the domain too quickly after changing the nameservers.
