HI there,
I am experiencing some problems with my addon domain.
1. I run the addon utility from cPanel to add my domain. www.ianmcgrawphotos.co.uk so that it points to my subfolder 'eengine'
2. Entering www.ianmcgrawphotos.co.uk in a browser successfully serves up my website that is in my public_html/eengine folder.
3. After about an hour or so I try step 2 again and the browser reports an error as if the URL is totally invalid.
I can confirm that my domain ianmcgrawphotos.co.uk has the bluehost nameservers ns1.bluehost.com and ns2.bluehost.com configured against it.
Running a DNS report on the domain www.ianmcgrawphotos.co.uk seems to throw up some errors on the bluehost name servers
The support@bluehost.com don't seem to be too interested in the failure, they just keep telling me that the addon domain utility is working. I have followed the instructions so I can only assume there is a DNS issue somewhere. Interested if anyone else is currently trying an addon?
