Closed function ?!

hi all

i need to know why i cannot use image hosting scripts on my own host on bluehost,
i used three scripts and when i tried to upload one image in them, i got same error

maybe it could have two reasons :

1 . my scripts are not working becoz of their versions.
2 . bluehost closed some functions


P.S :
i have my own php.ini , should i change something in it ?

btw im waiting for your help( including customers or owners )

hi again, my problem has been solved by supporter team, they are really helped me ( tnx to Adam, Majic and Noah )
