E mail Spam

I have a contact page in my website, www.mathsupporter.com. Daily I am getting 6-7 e mails through it. I think it is same person sending all these spams because the contents are similar.

How can I resolve this problem?

It's probably a bot doing that, try this Capatcha solution, it should stop most bots. http://www.protectwebform.com/
