My server has a problem sending out email to multiple addresses.

"-We do not authorize the use of this system to transport unsolicited, and/or bulk e-mail."

I am not sending out spam, but controlled petition signatures to relevant petition accepting email addresses. My server is tieng-noi-tu-do-dan-chu.com.

You mean you are putting multiple recipients into the TO line? For example, email1@site.com, email2@site.com, etc, etc...

Im not sure about that, youll have to contact tech support via Live Chat and ask if they can remove restrictions if any. Spam is a serious problem in the US, and most of it comes from outside US.

You can also use PHP List (available from Fantastico in cPanel). Which allows sending newsletters and is great for that purpose. Youd have to enter email addresses manually into user database, and also your users can do that when they sign up for news letters.

Now, tell me, how many receipients do you have? BH default limit on number of messages you can send out per hour from a single account is 50. They can increase that number to 500, but you have to contact them. If you have more than 500 receipients, you need to throttle the number of emails per hour, and for that PHP List is great.

Not correct most of it originates from the US;

US named biggest generator of spam

Users need to be educated on IT security to ensure they do not spread or fall victim to viruses

The United States hosts more than one-third of the websites containing malicious code and sends more spam than any other country, it was reported today.
The findings come from Sophos' Security Threat Report 2007 (http://www.computeractive.co.uk/www.sophos.com/report2007) which in addition to predicting the threats for 2007 has highlighted the top 10 countries that host web-based malware and spawn the most spam.
America, was identified as hosting 34.2 per cent of web-based malware and was also found to be behind 22 per cent of spam, despite its efforts to reduce this activity in 2006. China came second in both instances hosting 31 per cent of web-based malware and sending 15.9 per cent of spam.

Hey guys,

I am running Joomla and have installed the perForms component to use as a petition. What happens is that, people fill in their details on the petition, once they press "send", an email is sent on behalf of the person, to about 10 email addresses (e.g. address1@domain1.com, address2@domain2.com, etc. in to TO: header).

It used to work fine until recently, maybe bluehost introduce some policy or something, one person can't even fill in the petition and send it off. :-(...

Is your site still limited to the standard 50 emails per hour or did you ask support to increase it? They will increase it as high as 500 emails per hour if you ask for it. By delaying the actual sending of emails so as to space them out more evenly across the day you should have no problem with being able to send 10,000 emails in a day.
