IonCube decryption isn't working

Wish to install ashopsoft shopping cart but IonCube decryption - FAILED. Anyone have any ideal how to correct this issue.

Yes.. if ioncube is looking for the ioncube folder with the right module then this ioncube folder needs to BE ABOVE the public_html folder. I was going crazy for days trying to get 68classifieds to work until bluehost support told me that I needed to have the ioncube directory above public_html
Worked great from that point on.
