Judging by the horrible design, horrible plans and pricing, and also a totally different IP range, I have to say no it doesn't.

How cheeky to just lift their trading name like that. Why couldn't they have chosen a different colour or shade? Perhaps brownhost.com, mauvehost.com or blacknbluehost.com. Or maybe just a different name altogether like, cant-actually-come-up-with-an-original-name-ourselves-host.com or using-somebody-elses-name-in-order-to-cash-in-on-their-reputation-host.com.
