List Manager program for eMail and instant messages??

Hi all,
I'm searching for a List Manager program for eMail and for instant messages that is web-based.

What I need is a program that allows me to log-in from anywhere, update my eMail and instant message lists, then "easily" send messages to any of my lists from there. Also, the list of subscribers on the list needs to be hidden from other recipients.

Does anyone know of such an animal?:D

you can find phpmylist in fantastico. You might have to modify it some, to hide certan sections from others
