call and wait time

Today I had occassion to call blue host twice..
the first time I was caller # 10
What I asked for was a system restore.. for email
that (im bad) my teen aged grandson deleted..
The tech deleted everything..
all of my mail addys.. geez

this second time i was caller # 12
Frankly..
Blue host is starting to remind me of why I left godaddy the evil........

BH is not responsible for backing up your email messages - you are. BH didn't lose your email - you did.

When you asked for a "restore," what you were telling them was to put your account back to the state it was in on the day it was created. I'm surprised all your other stuff didn't get deleted along with the email.
