Domain Transfer Problem

Hello!

I'm trying to completely transfer a domain from godaddy to bluehost, the name servers are set to ns1.bluehost.com and ns2.bluehost.com. When I start the domain transfer wizard, I always get stuck on step 1, and get the following message (although all information is displayed well):

Domain is ready for transfer, but we are unable to obtain information from the whois server. Try PROBE to see the live data. If the administrative contact information looks clear to you, then contact customer support immediately to investigate the problem, otherwise contact the Current Registrar to have the problem repaired.

I have all the neccesary information, the Authorization Code as well, but I just can not get beyond step 1.

Try to email godaddy support center i think they can help you better that here !

I may be wrong about this, but if you have the DNS set to BH, you shouldn't have to physically transfer the domain.

Of course, if you want BH to be your registrar in addition to hosting your site, then you would have to physically transfer the domain.
