Email Settings for IPB

Im using IPB 2.1.7 and my current email settings are;
PHP mail()
Local Host
Port 25

I cant send bulk mail but other emails are fine, is this a problem with the settings or IPB's problem?

BH limits email sending to 50 an hour and also has a limit on how many SMTP connections you have.

You have to throttle your email sending to under 50 an hour. If you have a legitimate need, contact support and they will be able to raise this for you.

I dont think its BH then cause i tried using bulk mail with a cycle under 50 for 2 people and it still doesnt work.

Is there another way to config my email settings?

Contact IPB Support. They will probably be able to help you best on this if it isn't a Bluehost-specific issue. :)
