Domain Transfer Problem in step 2 and 3

Hello!

I'm trying to completely transfer a domain from Yahoo!Domains to bluehost, the name servers are set to ns1.bluehost.com and ns2.bluehost.com, and I parked this domain to my site in bluehost .
When I start the domain transfer wizard, I always get warning on step 2, and get the following message :
WARNING: Your name servers are NOT set so we can host your site.
I have changed my name servers to NS1 and NS2 .bluehost.com in Yahoo!Domains panel, and unlocker it.

When I trying to step3, I want to pay fee but get this wraning message:
For security reasons, your account must be verified before continuing. Make sure your phone number and email are accurate or else you'll need to contact Customer Service.

I have all the neccesary information, the Authorization Code as well, but I just can not get beyond step 3. Because I want BH to be my registrar in addition to hosting this site and have to physically transfer the domain.

Then I can't found out E-mail contact for this problem in bluehost.com.Who can help me?

Worst than you!
because one domain transfer I now can't even login in my cpanel..can't login at all in my domain...
I got all the time 'blank page' when trying to transfer the domain with the EPP code ...
now because I had to give the password to one of the support guys( so they could try to transfer for me), I decide first to changed the password and planning to changed back to the origiinal later on...it does not allowed me to login now!
Not the old password not the new one..and the guys from support just DON*T EMAIL since 4 hours ago...I'm shut out of my own domain and can't conatct anyone since I can't even open the BlueHost.com site it's only unavailble for about 4 days for me..I'm using both Firefox and Internt Explorer.
I'm crying for help here!
