hi,

Can anyone tell me or show me how to work on copying one file in one folder and then paste it to another folder under this bluehost control panel? I am currently using File Manager to do that. How come there is not any paste button to allow to paste the file? I click the copy file and then browse throght to find the location I want to put the file in, and then.....WHAT!!!! what to do to paste the file?

I installed the cubecart software, as I need to copy and paste file between folders. The whole file of this e-commerce is a mess at the end. I have to remove the software and re-install the cubecart again. Can anyone tell me how on earth it work on file manager?

To copy a file from one folder to another, first navigate to where the file is, and click on its name. Then choose Copy from the menu on the right. Now navigate to the folder where you want to paste the file, using the little folder icons to get there. When you see the name of the folder into which you want to paste the file, click on the name of that folder, rather than on the little folder icon - the file will be pasted into that folder.

Yea, in cuteFTP you can do this. Although, it will not allow copys...only cuts. So you will have to transfer the files to your PC, and upload them again to your desired location.
