If you think you might have even a SMALL opt-in email list, forget it with BlueHost! They limit outgoing emails to 50/hour !!! Of course, this is a secret limit revealed only to those who call BlueHost support.

BlueHost does not articulate anywhere in their Knowledge Base about any mail limits. We're ultimately closing our account with them after wasting hours of our time and their support time.

They must be getting a kickback from DadaMail, because even DadaMail cannot be set to deploy a list of ~4000 over the course of 2 days, which is required based on BlueHost's email quotas.

Way to register to post the same thing 3 times. You should have asked before you signed up, because most shared hosting providers limit outgoing emails. Besides you can get a refund. 50 * 48 hours is 2400 e-mails. Maybe you should have set DadaMail to less than that. 4000 would be over 80 emails / hour. Maybe I have no clue what I'm talking about because I don't send out bulk emails, but I think your math is wrong.

Many webhosts do limit outgoing mail by default. If you have a legitimate need , have you tried asking for more?
