Has anyone gotten DaDa mail fully functional to greater then 50 users on Bluehost? I'm trying to 'play nice' with the emails per hour limit and use batching to send out the emails, yet with batching turned on, only the first batch of however many gets sent. Any input would be appreciated!

Unfortunately, Dada mail doesn't play well with Bluehost even though they recommend it! I've put in a paid support request with Justin at Dada and he's trying to figure out the issue.

The problem seems to be that only the first batch will send, regardless of batch size or timing between batches.

The issue is because you need a dedicated IP address to send out many batches. This allows your program to run for more than 300 seconds which is the maximum execution time allowed on the shared IP's.

Also, you can increase your max emails per hour beyond 50 with a support request to support@bluehost.com

i did and they grant us a new limit of 500 emails/hour/domain
which is still don't meet a phpBB university-board of large number of members :eek:

so,if the dada mail solution won't work for board mass mailing..
how can we get it work ? any idea !

Blue Host did suggested that you purchase a dedicated IP with them. Hopefully that can solve the batch sending problem. Check it out with BlueHost support.
