Hello, I'm having difficulty login the help Center. Tried send an to support@bluehost.com but automatic reply tells me that he must write in http://helpdesk.bluehost.com.
this is not possible of course, What can do?
please help.

Hi,

I also having problems to login to the helpdesk. Using my account and password as registered with the bluehost hosting service I always get error: invalid email. Trying to create a new account results in the confirmation mail never been sent. After having contacted the live chat helpdesk did not solve the problem. The support guy preferred to drop down the chat session, even while I tried to propose some alternatives to help me out solving my case. Customer support friendly ??? Hmmmm, I had something else in mind.

You have to create a new account and password to use the help system, your control panel user name and password will not work. Just make a new account here http://helpdesk.bluehost.com/help and you will be able to submit help desk tickets.

my account created. In spite of this I has been tried in the past. but it seems that the presence of a postal old account in helpdesk Databases prevents Register a New Account. We hope the support given to this. Because have there are other problems Of even greater importance that need to be resolved as soon possible through helpdesk after login. thanks!
