We had bough a Host Package from your company (include Orders attacked). We had received a notice "Your account has not been transferred." Then your system closes my account.

After that we had contact with ACB Vietnam Bank and they said that my account has been transfer to Blue Host successfully.

We find unsatisfactory about this problem, which make our projects carry on slowly. Because we transfer by VISA card so we can not have any confirmation report.

Please check your account again and active my account as soon as possible.

This is a user to user forum, you'll have to contact Bluehost support to resolve any issues with this.

I send mail and post in ticket but I don't see reply from Bluehost. Why BlueHost don't support for customer???

i think your new signup, the domain transfer is failed.

to transfer domain, refer here:
http://helpdesk.bluehost.com/kb/index.php?x=&mod_id=2&id=46

also make sure the NS is set to:
Primary Server Hostname: NS1.BLUEHOST.COM
secondary Server Hostname: NS2.BLUEHOST.COM

for icann rules, make sure the domain is not expired in next 60 days.
also the domain is not registered lately. registra prohibit transfer of such domain at this condition. pls check

ps. you still can host the domain at BH, just change the NameServer to BH. there is no need to transfer.
when you signup BH, order another different domain name :) .. easy and fast.
