FTP Issue

Hi!
I am not able to FTP to my site.
The site is inkes.net. Tried multiple clients.
It pretty much hangs after any FTP command;

For example:

Connected to ftp.inkes.net .
220---------- Welcome to Pure-FTPd [TLS] ----------
220-You are user number 11 of 50 allowed.
220-Local time is now 16:28. Server port: 21.
220-IPv6 connections are also welcome on this server.
220 You will be disconnected after 15 minutes of inactivity.

Remote system type is UNIX.
Using binary mode to transfer files.
ftp> ls
200 PORT command successful
425 Could not open data connection to port 4415: Connection timed out

Really strange. It drives me crazy. Im on box box73.bluehost.com, maybe that ll help

Which client are you currently using?

hang during ftp??
you might need to attach log and forward to support team.
make sure your ftp setting is right.

i encounter this very often at godaddy host, whenever the internet or domains is slow.

I have used various clients(built in firefox, krusader, shell ftp) I have tried connecting at work and it worked like a charm. But at my house I'm able to connect to any ftp with no problem. I'm gonna request shell access, so maybe sftp will work.
