What happened to "Live Chat" button? & What's new with Fantastico?

The blue "Live Chat" button was in the lower lefthand corner of the logon screen at http://bluehost.com . Now it is gone? Where is it now?

They put a "Fantastico Enable" light-blue smiley face in its place.

Is there something new going on with Fantasico?

i just visited bluehost.com, and the live chat button is still there.

try IE or firefox;)

They might have taken it down temporarily for maintenance or lunch or something.

today twice i try connect to live support... to ask for upgrade to unlimited domains... still cant get through. Finally i sent them an email. hope for a upgrade soon :D ... my 6 domains is filled, i need more :cool:

I guess the button was down last night because I couldn't see it either. It's up now, however.
