Blue Hos Top speed

I've noticed that my speed downloading from Bluehost is not constant. Starts out at like 50kb runs up to like 115, then back down, it justs jumps. Its not set at a cap or something is it?

My Previous web hoster I did not like them at all, but at least they maxed out my connection speed.

This is a little slow in my books.

Anyone else have this problem?

Yep, i remarked this also. From 20kb to 100kb maximum when downloading files.

Bluehost has tremendous options considering the price, but the bandwith is really weak compared to some other hosters.
