Can't call up the dashboard

Is anyone else having this problem? For several days now I have not been able to call up my Bluehost dashboard. My web pages are working ok, and I can update without difficulty, but I can't get to the usual dashboard facilities - when I do, I get a timed out response.

Does anyone have any advice please?

No problem logging on over dial-up or cable here. A time out error makes me suspect a slow connection through your ISP. If you have the same problem on other computers or ISP's try Live Chat. Good luck!

I'm still not getting through working using either my Win 2000 laptop or my Win XP desktop.

I don't think there's any suggestion that my Internet access is any slower than usual, and I'm not getting anything asking me to sign up or login. It's been like this for three-four days. Hmmm...

Yes - it's c-Panel X that I can't get to. Right now it means I can't update my Wordpress in the usual way, or use Bluehost's facilities to backup.

Those are the three ways to get into cpanel. Each uses a different port. Try that please.
