PHP 4 to PHP 5?

I see under Hosting Features on Bluehost's site they say "PHP Version 4 or 5 (Your Choice)"

I have PHP 4 and I've looked in my cPanel and couldn't find a way to switch to PHP 5. Does anyone know how to change it to PHP 5?
