I have tried to send a ticket to support but my CPanel password keeps getting rejected. It is the correct password because I can log into my
control panel without any problems.

I need to contact bluehost re an attempted domain purchase.

The error message is "the domain name &/or password are not valid please try again."

Hi Jan,
why not hop over to www.bluehost.com and use the LiveChat help? They'll be able to sort it out for you.

You need to open a new account with support. Cpanel user name and password don't work with the help system. Just sign up with a new user name or use your cpanel one to sign up, and you will be able to use the system.
