addon domain problem

Hi, I am having a problem accessing a new addon domain I just added to my Bluehost account. I can access my main.com pages but when I go to the addon.com pages I get a "You are not authorized to view this page, HTTP Error 403 - Forbidden " error. I have set the name servers and used the cpanel addon domain tool. Seems the problem is with the htaccess file in the public_html folder as it is blocking access to the addon.com pages. Any suggestions? I am not well versed in editing the .htaccess files

Here is the htaccess file in the public_html folder. There is an empty htaccess file in the /public_html/addon folder.

You are not authorized to view this page, HTTP Error 403 - Forbidden

You usually get this error when there is not index file with in the directory. Such as index.html or index.php

Thanks for the information. Once we created the index.php the site came up!
No .hpaccess edit was needed.
