Hi,
Where can I see the email stats to view which email user is sending vast quantities of email? I need to see a report stating how many messages were sent per user on a 24 hour basis.
My mail limit is constantly reached within 5 minutes after the hour. It starts exactly at eight am, stops just before five pm. I suspect that one of the Windows machines has been turned into a Zombie spambot by malware. Until this problem is sorted out I want to leave the limit at 50 per hour. I don't have physical access to all the Windows machines.
Previously I have contacted Bluehost support and they told me who the offending mailbox is, but I don't want to do this over and over and over. This problem happens basically on a weekly basis. Different machines are affected.
Unfortunately since the particular domain is hosted by Bluehost, the individual mail goes through Bluehost as well.
Any advice will be appreciated.
