Seems to be loading fine to me, if that was the problem. I can't read anything though as I have no idea what language your site is in.

I can't read anything though as I have no idea what language your site is in.That's Vietnamese. Which raises the question: you can't access the site between 18:00 and 20:00, but in which time zone? Your time zone (GMT +7, I believe), or Utah's (GMT -7)?

Normal, The internet highway is beign resurfaced at night in those area check your local road closing list.

Also please note that the internet has now moved it's end a bit, it can now be reached here.

Seriously, try those site, they are on the same server as you, if they do not work open a support ticket to both bluehost and your firewall administrator...

For those of you who are chronologically challenged, the "problem times" are 7am-9am EDT, 6am-8am CDT, 5am-7am MDT, 4am-6am PDT. (Vietnam doesn't observe Daylight Saving Time.)

You should do a tracert to see where the problem is. It's always a good start.

You open up the Command line, and you type


tracert kienthuckinhte.com

When you have problems, try that. If the command comes back and tells you that it cannot resolve the name, your Internet Service Provider probably has a Domain Name Server (DNS) issue.

If it comes back but you see asterisks ('*') in places, those addresses are probably where the problem is.

If it comes back with no problems and comes back quickly but you still cannot load your site, open a ticket and talk to technical support. Because ONLY then is it a problem that they can resolve.
