Ive just installed Wordpress and wondered how much SQL Disk usage we are allowed or is it covered in the 250gb's we get with our account ?

Actually, you are confusing the 10 GB of hard drive space with the 250 GB of transfer bandwidth. The former is the amount of space on the server that your files can take up at any given time, while the latter is the amount of network traffic you can use during a month.
And yes, the SQL databases you setup are counted as part of the 10 GB disk space, but unless you get VERY busy, you won't use that much space in the database. Most databases are relatively small (under 20 MB, etc), with begginning DB setups (aka, for wordpress, etc) being under a megabyte, and often much smaller.
