i agree. i signed up and within 5 minutes i recieved a phone call asking to speak to me about my registration.. i was like "wow that was pretty fast" lol. kinda didnt expect such a quick response.

I'll have to agree. So far bluehost.com has been way more than I expected. They're great. I've had a few issues I needed some support for and they've exceeded my expectations every time.

I have to add my two cents here as bluehost is got to be up there for customer service.
I had a small issue and it was resolved very quickly and an email explaining the fault I experienced was sent to me within a few hours.

This is great for me as being in New Zealand and a different time zone to boot it is sometimes very difficult to get quick responses to questions or problems that may arise now and again. :D
being able to host 6 sites on my account is a plus as I host a few freinds sites as well as my own.
I must say creating websites is a very addictive activity. :cool:

I've had my site going for about 5 months now and I don't have any complaints about BlueHost.

And there were a few hiccoughs, but they were quickly resolved.

And the MAIN issues weren't related to BlueHost at all.
