MySQL Database - Can't Access, Export, or Backup Database

I have 9 database on the mysql setup for our hosting account. 8 of them I can access without a problem in phpmyadmin, ssh, or via php scripts. One of them has recently slowed down to a point where I cannot access it at all. I try to backup via cpanel, access via phpmyadmin, mysqldump via ssh and nothing works. I also tried checking and repairing in cpanel. It says it is checking it but never lists the tables in the database and just sits there.

I don't get any errors, it just sits there like it is processing but nothing happens.

Any advice or suggestions would be great appriciated. I really need to access the information in this database and don't know what could have happened to cause this problem.
