I know this is not really an appropriate place to put this thread, but there doesn't seem to be a place suitable for it, so here goes....

I just wanted to say thank you!!! to the team behind Bluehost. You are an awesome and highly professional team IMO. I've been with Bluehost for 8months now and I cannot fault you in anything.

Whenever I've had website issues, (all have been user error/lack of knowledge) you have replied to my problems and set me right so fast each time I'm truly amazed. It's so rare these days to get such prompt help with exacting solutions, that each time, these replies have taken me by surprise.

I've had websites hosted with several other hosts in the past with some horror stories, so I cannot stress enough what an amazing relief it is to have found Bluehost and know I never have to worry about my site.

I recommend you to everyone who is looking for a great host.

Thank you so much!! You guys are the best!!

From all the team at Bluehost we really do thank you for your kind words. We do try hard and take support VERY seriously. We don't just do it because it makes good business sense, we do it because it is what I want when I have problems as well. There are few things more frustrating in life than trying to get help with something that is important to you and nobody cares or will help you.

Good luck with the site!

Although I'm new, I have to say I agree. I can verify that the sign-up process is simple, complete, and extremely well-handled. If it's any indication of the quality and professionalism of the company, I will be using Bluehost for years and years to come.

I found this company by way of some very avid and sincere recommendations among users. I was surprised that people got behind Bluehost so completely, because usually people have to fight against web-hosts and other online companies. The customer support element is an important key. There are way too many internet businesses that either don't have any customer support to speak of or have a lousy phone answering service that's hard to get in contact with, let alone get usable solutions from.

Between the clean and well-equipped interface, the adamant recommendations from current users, the low price, and a toll-free customer support line on the front page of the website, I had made up my mind.

Keep up the good work.
