How many service tickets BlueHost offered?

Do you know how many service tickets BlueHost allowed to ask for support?
5, 10, 20 or unlimited?

I believe there are unlimited support tickets you can have. I haven't had that many nor more than 2 at one time but I have never heard of them capping the limit to get help. Matter of fact I have one open now.

There is no limit to the number of support tickets you can open with Bluehost.
