Filezilla cannot connect

I am trying to upload a new theme in my bluehost wordpress blog. But, when I try to connect to filezilla, it keeps telling me that it cannot connect. I think I'm using the right password and username but not completely sure as I haven't used this program in a while. Where would I go to find out if I'm entering the right information?

filezilla gives you a connection log when you´re trying to connect. Post that here so people can take a look.

Are you using username@domain.com to login or just username? 'Cause you need the @domain.com part in there... Might be a simple solution...

username@domain.com worked at one time for me, then I couldn't connect.:confused:
Finally got connected using username@ (IP address)
