New newbie here and I have read thru lots of other postings but have not found what I am looking for:
BHsupport says I can't add meta tags into my site's html (I'm tossing these terms around like I know what they mean :D), but I see references in other threads that make me believe I can???
Anyway, I have replaced "untitled" with what I'd like the title to be but how do I save the changes I make?
THANK YOU.

What i think you are trying to do is title your page?
from untitled to home page..
That's a simple <title>Title</title> code inside the head tags. and if you are using the file manager from cpanel just save it and it will replace the untitled that is default setting

Thanks...when I click on file manager in the cpanel I don't see my named files? In page wizard, I can add a name between the <title> </title> and go to file>save but that only saves the page, not the html. I know, I know.

The html is your page.. which is why I'm having a hard time understanding what you're asking.
Oh, are you actually using the File menu in your browser? If you're using file manager you just scroll down and hit the save button under the text box.

I am in page wizard in edit mode; I change to "view source" and am trying to edit this: <title>untitled</title> to look like this: <title>MY COMPANY NAME</title> and I can do that but how do I save it?

you will need to get some basic on html first, before editing it.

Thanks to everyone who tried to help. I finally found information within the help center that led me to click on the folder next to public.html in the file manager. From there I was able to edit my default page. Have a good one:)

I know this is a very old post but I'm having a similar problem with inserting title tags (the browser tab title). In PageWizard, I insert my title in <title>MY COMPANY NAME</title> and it works the first time I reload the page but seems to reset itself to "Untitled". Does anyone know if BlueHost does not allow this to be set?
Thanks.

I don't think too many people use the Page Wizard. There are hundreds of free editors available that are much easier to use and much more flexible in what they can do.
