We use autoresponders frequently when people are out of the office. Our last host had the ability to send out autoresponders only once to a particular recipient. So if someone e-mails one of us who has an autoresponder, they'll get the response the first time, but not every single time after that. Is there a way to do that here?

Thanks :)

From what I see, no :( It will respond every time. And when you set up the autoresponder, your options to include in the message are:

%subject% The subject of the message that was sent to the autoresponder.
%from% The sender of the message that was sent to the autoresponder.
%email% The sender's email from the message that was sent to the autoresponder.

Unfortunately, no option to include the original message either :(

I just got back to work from a week off, and other staff asked me the same questions ("Is there an option so that I only get your away message sent once to me....").

It sucks that we don't have that option.

autoresponder will reply to individual email received.
