newbye - upload Wordpress themes?

Hello, I am making my first site and blog, Fantastico installed Wordpress at my place so I have no idea how to access WP directories.
To install new WP themes I have to upload them to the directory, could you please explain me how to do it?

Wherever you installed WordPress you'll have a directory (folder) named wp-content. In that folder there is another folder named themes. This is where you install your theme.

First, go download the theme to your computer.
Next, unzip it. After unzipping you'll have a folder with the theme's name.
Next, upload that whole folder to the wp-content/themes/ folder. You can do this through your CPanel or with an FTP program like Filezilla (http://filezilla.sourceforge.net/) from your computer.

Now go log in to your WordPress Blog and you'll see the Dashboard. Go to Presentation and select your new theme.

That's it! You're done.
