I've always found Blue Host support to be excellent. Though my last 2 tickets have been answered by 1 support member who obviously isn't even reading the ticket messages fully before replying.
I'm getting suggestions not even related to the issue.
My experience here have always been good and I don't want a bad apple to rot the excellent support system I always spoken so high of here.
But I have no idea where/who to complain to.
Please note I currently cannot access http://www.bluehost.com
or live chat as the link to live chat is there.
Thanks,
Matty

for serious issue like complaining....
speak with them over the phone :D... ;)
as an advice, email support will not cover all the aspect, and usually focus on the hosting as is.
if need advanced script help, find the forum at here useful.

It's abit difficult to use the phone from China to call them so I'm going to talk to them on the live chat when I get a chance.
I wish my problem was as simple as a scripting one, if you're interested read my preview below.
Please remember, whether my request is a good or bad idea is not the issue at stake, it's the way this singular support member hasn't had any care or effort in answering or reading the question. All other support members I've dealt (dealt is the strangest word i've seen in a long time) with have been excellent.
The issue is about registering domains and unable to access the domain manager due to the China issue, requesting them move the domain manager from http://www.bluehost.com to another box so it wont be blocked. Everything was going well with good discussion and solutions, until a new ticket came from one support member ignoring everything said before telling me to use a foreign domain registration agency, then I said this isn't what I want to do, that I want to keep it through them, I after got another message telling me registering a dedicated IP for $30 a year might fix my problem at least for a while. I really have no idea how giving my website a dedicated IP would possibly fix any problem related to access to bluehost.com? He clearly hadn't read what was written before any more than an abstract glimpse at the first message.
