simply because at the signup time, there is no field to entering the coupon.

only hostgator offering first month free. and there is a coupon field for this.

They don't offer this but they will refund your money if you close the account in less than thirty days (I seem to remember that was the policy). Then they pro-rate your refund after that. You might have to double-check my first statement with BlueHost but I'm positive about my second one.

They don't offer this but they will refund your money if you close the account in less than thirty days....True, but not the part of your money that pays for domain registration. That's a non-refundable fee, no matter where you do the registration.

You can always take the domain with you though to the new hosting and you still get the rest of the time you paid for it for in any case.

the only 'promo' that you get is the free domain name....
well, hostgator dont have that.

The domain is free as long as you have the account to if I remember correctly, So they renew it for you every year free.

Consider the domain name as a part of the purchase price and that makes the hosting that much cheaper to start with.
